The large living room has two comfy leather settees, coffee table, a wall mounted smart TV ( Netflix available using your own account) and a selection of games to entertain all the family.

WiFi is available.(starlink internet service with 100 download speed)

The master bedroom has a king-size double bed with a Hypnos mattress to help aid a good nights sleep.There are bedside cabinets with reading lights, a vanity unit, full length double wardrobe and comes complete with ensuite facilities that include a bath, electric shower, wc, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.

The twin room has two single beds both with Silent Night Mattresses.The twin beds can be pulled together to make up an additional double bed if required.There is a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and french doors open up giving access to a communal garden area.The twin room also has ensuite facilities that include an electric walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar has a range cooker with two ovens, grill, plate warmer, hob and extractor.

There is a full size fridge freezer, microwave oven, air fryer, dishwasher and all the inventory you will need.

The seperate dinning room has a large farmhouse wooden dining table with four chairs and the double patio doors give direct access onto the well kept garden.

There is a separate auxiliary room with a washing machine and sink and an additional interior room with a desk and chair ideal for use as a home office.

The garden area is south facing and comes complete with garden furniture and a charcoal barbeque making this the ideal place to enjoy some alfresco dining or just to sit, relax and enjoy the countryside views.

There is private allocated parking directly outside the property and additional parking is available.

The property is pet friendly and we welcome one well behaved dog.We do ask that your dog must be kept off the upholstery and never left unattended in the property or garden at any time.

All beds will be made up for your arrival and towels are supplied.

Tea, coffee, milk and some other essential will be provided for your arrival.
