The open plan living room is bright modern with double patio doors giving direct access onto the sun deck. There are two comfy settees, coffee table, an electric wall mounted fan heater, Flatscreen TV and DVD player with a good selection of DVDs to entertain the family.

The U shaped kitchen is well appointed and comes complete with oven grill and 4 burner gas hob, double door integrated fridge freezer, microwave oven and full inventory.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, TV, vanity dressing table, bedside cabinets, full size wardrobe, ensuite WC and wash hand basin.

The two twin rooms have 2 single beds in each room, bedside cabinet and plenty of storage space.

There is a separate family shower room with a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

The holiday home comes with its own WiFi router.

The location of the caravan is secluded and quiet yet only within 2 minutes walk from the holiday park facilities.

Bed linen is available as an optional extra at a cost of £10.00 per person.

Tea, coffee and milk sachets and some other essentials are provided.

CLUBHOUSE/ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be ordered online in advance or purchased at main reception. You do not require passes if you just wish to use The Mash and Barrel Restaurant/Bar.
