Presenting a 2017 Willerby Aspen situated in an elevated position on the holiday park in a very quiet spot with the additional benefit of having one side surrounded by hedgerow to enhance privacy.

This extremely well appointed holiday home has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout. There is a large spacious lounge, super comfy seating which converts to a double bed. There is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs. 43 inch smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player and integrated MPS sound system. Wifi connection via mobile hub.

The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, dressing table and ample wardrobe space with a wall mounted TV. It also benefits from full ensuite facilities with a large shower unit. The twin room has two full sized comfy single beds and ample storage space and there is also a separate family shower room with WC wash basin and large shower unit.

The open plan kitchen is extermely well appointed with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, full size oven hob & grill, an integrated fridge/freezer and microwave.

There is hard standing parking allocated adjacent to the caravan. There is also a coffee table and chairs on the grass area in front of parking.

Complimentary tea, coffee and milk sachets are provided on arrival along with a few other essentials.

Bed Linen is availabale as an optional extra and costs £10 per person.

CLUBHOUSE/ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be ordered online in advance or purchased at main reception. You do not require passes if you just wish to use The Mash and Barrel Restaurant/Bar.
