BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED MODERN AND SPACIOUS ABI WIMBLEDON CARAVAN WITHIN A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. LOCATED ON THE AWARD WINNING HAVEN DEVON CLIFFS HOLIDAY PARK NEAR EXMOUTH IN DEVON.
THE CARAVAN:
The holiday home is sited on an elevated corner plot enhancing your privacy and is within a 5 minute walk to all the park's main facilities and has distant sea views.
The living room has a comfortable L shaped settee complete with pull out sofa bed.
There are two separate arm chairs, 43 inch flat screen TV (extra channels available), DVD player, blue tooth all round sound system, an electric log effect fan heater, coffee table and the double sliding patio doors give direct access onto the front decking.
There is a free standing dining table with four chairs.
The well equipped open plan kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, gas oven hob and extractor, eye level microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the inventory you will need.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside cabinets, full length wardrobe, plenty of additional storage space, vanity unit, TV and ensuite facilities that include WC and wash hand basin.
The twin room has two large single beds that can be pulled together to make an extra double bed, bedside cabinet and a full length wardrobe.
The family shower room has a walk in shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.
The caravan has a securely gated wrap-around decking with ramp access and has surround glass panels to enhance your view.
There is a garden table and chairs making this the ideal spot to sit, relax and enjoy some alfresco dining.
There is a privately allocated hard standing parking bay directly outside the caravan for one vehicle.
All pillows and duvets are supplied but please bring your own bed linen.
Clubhouse/entertainment passes are not included and can be ordered in advance online or purchased at main reception.
You do not require passes if you just wish to use the Mash and Barrel, restaurant or bar facilities.
