Welcome to this beautifully presented dog friendly Swift Bordeaux holiday home. The caravan is bright and modern, offering open plan living and is located on the very popular Littlesea Holiday Park in Weymouth, within a few minutes' walk to all the park's main facilities.
THE CARAVAN:
The living room has a homely feel with two comfortable settees, an electric flame effect fan heater and TV.
There is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs.
The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout making this the Ideal choice for all seasons.
The well equipped kitchen has a full size gas oven hob and extractor, 75/25 fridge freezer, eye level microwave oven, air fryer, kettle, toaster and all the inventory you will need.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, vanity unit, full length wardrobe and TV.
The two twin rooms have two single beds in each room which can be pulled together to make up an extra double bed, bedside cabinet and plenty of additional storage space.
The family shower room has a walk in shower cubicle and wash hand basin.
There is a separate WC with wash hand basin.
The large securely gated side decking is south facing and has garden furniture making this the perfect place for a spot of sunbathing or just to sit, relax and enjoy a sip of your favourite tipple.
There is also a wooden picnic table on the grass area.
A privately allocated hard standing parking bay is directly outside the caravan.
Tea, coffee, milk sachets and a few other essentials are provided for your arrival.
Linen can be supplied as an optional extra.Please order in advance.
Clubhouse/entertainment passes are not included and can be ordered online in advance or purchased at the main reception.
One well behaved dog is welcome.We do ask that your dog is not to be left unattended in the caravan and must be kept off the upholstery. There is an additional charge of £20.00 for your dog.
