Double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

The well appointed kitchen has all the neccessary appliances, full inventory, large fridge freezer ,eye level microwave and oven with separate hob.

There is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs and views overlooking the green.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, ample storage space, vanity unit and has an ensuite WC and wash hand basin. The twin rooms have 2 single full size beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet and a wall mounted TV. The separate family shower room has a large shower unit WC and sink.

Linen is included. There is a Private Hard Standing Parking Bay beside the caravan.

Complimentary tea, coffee and milk sachets are provided on arrival along with a few other essentials.

CLUBHOUSE/ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be ordered online in advance or purchased at main reception. You do not require passes if you just wish to use The Mash and Barrel Restaurant/Bar.
