Beautiful Modern Front Line Family Holiday Home with uninterrupted views overlooking the Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach which forms part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.
The caravan is South Facing in a quiet Location and has a wrap around decking, gated on entrance with comfy outdoor furniture, the perfect spot to enjoy the daytime sun and also to experience spectacular sunsets in the evening when the Lagoon comes alive with an array of wildlife.
The caravan has gas central heating and is fully double glazed throughout.
The spacious living room has patio doors that open directly onto the veranda and are sides by floor to ceiling windows enabling you to enjoy the amazing view from within. There are two comfy settees one of which converts into a comfortable double sofa bed.
There is a coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s to entertain all the family.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker hob & extractor, full size fridge freezer, built in eye level microwave, dishwasher, dining table with four chairs and full inventory.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers, vanity unit, wall mounted TV and full en suite facilities that include shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
The twin room has two full-size single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed, single wardrobe, additional storage space and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
There is a separate Family shower room complete with wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Directly outside the caravan there is a Private hard standing parking bay.
One small non shedding dog is welcome on request but would advise that dogs are not allowed to be left alone in caravan and to remain off the upholstery.
Bed Linen can be provided as an optional extra at a cost of £10 per person. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Clubhouse passes are NOT included and can be ordered online in advance or purchased at main reception. You do not require passes if you just wish to use The Mash and Barrel Restaurant/Bar.
