This well presented ABI Roxbury holiday home is situated in a lovely quiet cul de sac location at the Littlesea Haven holiday park in Weymouth.

The perfect spot to relax and enjoy some Al fresco dining either on the sun verandah complete with table and chairs on the patio with large wooden picnic bench.

The spacious Living Room has sliding Patio Doors giving direct access onto the enclosed Sun Verandah. There is a comfy corner settee, coffee table, a stylish wall mounted electric fire, 32inch TV and DVD with a large variety of DVD'S to entertain the family.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating throughout and has its own WiFi router.

The generous kitchen is separated from the main Living Room and is fitted with a full size Gas Cooker, integrated Fridge/Freezer and microwave and comes complete with a full inventory. The dining table and 4 chairs are situated within the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double bed vanity area and large wardrobe. The two twin rooms have 2 single beds in each with plenty of storage space.

There is a Family Shower Room with a Large Shower Cubicle WC and wash hand basin. There is also a separate room with a WC and wash hand basin.

There is private hard standing parking directly at the side of the caravan.

Bed Linen is NOT INCLUDED but can be added as an optional extra at £10 per person.

Tea, coffee and milk sachets and some other essentials are provided.

CLUBHOUSE/ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be ordered online in advance or purchased at main reception. You do not require passes if you just wish to use The Mash and Barrel Restaurant/Bar.

One well behaved dog is welcome. We ask that the dog must not be left unattended in the caravan and must be kept off all the upholstery.

A small extra charge is required for your dog.
