This impressive and contemporary caravan has a securely gated wrap-around decking complete with outside furniture, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views and experience an amazing Dorset sunset.

The stylish interior offers a spacious open plan layout throughout the living room, kitchen and dining area.

The living room has two large comfortable sofas, an electric log-burner effect fire, TV (Netflix available using your personal account), DVD player with a selection of DVDs and games to entertain all the family, plus the additional benefit of a Bluetooth sound system and USB socket. The double French doors open giving direct access onto the front decking, and the full-length glass windows allow the outside in, enabling you to still enjoy the beautiful Dorset scenery.

The ultra-modern kitchen comes complete with an integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, integrated oven and grill with a separate five-ring gas hob and extractor and eye-level microwave. There is a water filter jug and all the kitchen utensils you will need.

There is a free-standing dining table with four chairs.

The holiday home is double glazed and has central heating throughout, making it the ideal choice for all seasons.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with wall-mounted lights, vanity area with dressing table and a chest of drawers, full-length double wardrobe and plenty of additional storage space.

The master bedroom has full ensuite facilities that include a large walk-in shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.

The twin room has two full-size single beds, bedside cabinet with wall-mounted light, vanity unit and wardrobe.

The separate family shower room has a large shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.

There is a rattan garden table and chairs for outside use, ideal for some alfresco dining on the exterior patio area.

Communal hard standing parking is available close to the caravan.

Complimentary tea, coffee, milk sachets and some other essentials are provided for your arrival.

All duvets and pillows are supplied and bed linen can be provided as an optional extra.

Clubhouse and entertainment passes are not included and can be ordered in advance online or purchased at the main reception. You do not require passes if you just wish to use the Mash and Barrel, restaurant or bar.
