BRIGHT AND COMFORTABLE CAPRI HOLIDAY HOME WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA AND COUNTRY VIEWS OVERLOOKING THE HISTORIC SEASIDE TOWN OF SWANAGE. THE CARAVAN IS SITED ON SWANAGE BAY VIEW HOLIDAY PARK.
THIS IS THE PERFECT BASE TO EXPLORE ALL THE NEARBY ATTRACTIONS THAT INCLUDE THE ICONIC STEAM RAILWAY, CORFE CASTLE, THE BLUE POOL AND SEVERAL BLUE FLAG BEACHES AT STUDLAND, BOURNEMOUTH AND THE FAMOUS SANDBANKS.
THE CARAVAN:
The living room is bright and spacious and has a large comfortable settee. There is a flame effect electric fan heater, wall mounted smart TV (Netflix available using your own account), a selection of books and games to entertain all the family and WiFi is available.
The caravan has double glazing and central heating throughout making this the ideal choice for all seasons.
The kitchen has a full size gas oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, eye level microwave oven, toaster, kettle, plenty of worktop space and comes complete with full inventory.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, extremely large walk-in wardrobe, vanity unit, wall mounted TV and ensuite facilities that include WC and wash hand basin.
The twin room has two single beds and full length wardrobe.
There is a separate family shower room with a walk-in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin which can be accessed from either hallway or double bedroom.
Access to the caravan is by a securely gated wrap-around decking. On the front decking, there is a set of rattan garden furniture making this the ideal spot to enjoy the amazing views or just to sit, relax and enjoy some alfresco dining.
There is also the additional benefit of a private garden area enhancing your privacy.
Hard standing parking is available directly outside the caravan for one vehicle.
All duvets and pillows are supplied and bed linen can be provided as an optional extra.
The park's facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, modern gym, bar and coffee lounge. There is a small charge to use the onsite facilities.
Please note that the caravan has a strict NO PET POLICY.
