Welcome to this luxurious ABI Ambleside holiday home offering a high quality of comfort throughout. The caravan is bright, modern and spacious and is located on the 5* award winning Shorefield Country Park within a couple of minutes' walk to all the park's main facilities.

The lounge has two large free standing settees, a log burner-style fire, smart TV (Netflix / Amazon Prime available using your own account), selection of games and books to entertain all the family and the double sliding patio door give direct access onto the south facing front decking.

Park WiFi is available.

The impressive open plan kitchen and dining area has a free standing dining table with four chairs. The well equipped kitchen has a full size integrated fridge/freezer, five ring gas hob with separate grill and oven, eye level microwave oven, integrated dishwasher and washing machine plus all the inventory you will need.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with wall lights, vanity unit, large full length double wardrobe and ensuite facilities that include WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

The two twin rooms have two single beds in each room. One twin room has two extra large single beds and the other twin room has two single beds that can be pulled together to make up an additional double bed. Both rooms have plenty of storage space.

The family shower room has a walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and an electric shaving point.

There is a securely gated wrap around decking complete with table and chairs. There is also a gas barbecue making this the ideal spot just to sit, relax and enjoy some alfresco dining.

There is a privately allocated hard standing parking bay directly outside the caravan for one vehicle.

All pillows and duvets are supplied, and bed linen can be ordered in advance as an optional extra.

Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and a few other essentials are provided for your arrival.

Leisure and entertainment passes are included.
