Beautifully presented stylish holiday home offering open plan living, uniquely designed with bedrooms being at either end of the caravan enhancing your privacy and is located on the 5* award winning Shorefield Country Park on the southern edge of the New Forest near the seaside village of Milford on Sea.

THE CARAVAN:

The spacious central living room has two comfortable settees one of which has a pull out sofa bed and the other settee is an electric recliner .There is a smart TV ( Netflix available using your own account), Dvd player, Wii player with console, an electric flame effect fan heater, selection of games, books and dvds to entertain all the family and the sliding patio door gives direct access onto the decking.

The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout making this the Ideal choice for all seasons.

There is a free standing dining table with four chairs separated from the living room by a bride soleil.

The U shaped kitchen is extremely well equipped and comes complete with a full size integrated fridge/freezer, gas oven, hob and extractor.There is an eye level microwave oven, integrated dishwasher, DeLongh coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils you will need.

The master bedroom is at one end of the caravan and has a king size double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe, vanity unit, flat screen TV and ensuite facilities that include a walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

The twin room has two single beds, bedside cabinet, full length double wardrobe, smart TV, plenty of additional storage space and ensuite facilities that include a walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Travel cot, bedding, bed rail, children’s cutlery, plates and potty available.

There is a full length securely gated side decking with ramp access making the caravan disabled friendly and comes complete with rattan table, chairs, sun parasol and barbecue making it the Ideal spot for some alfresco dining or moving coffee.

2 well behaved dogs are allowed but we ask that you keep your dog off the upholstery and never left unattended in the caravan. There is a small additional charge for your dog.

Privately allocated hard standing parking bay for one vehicle is directly outside the caravan.

All leisure and entertainment passes are included.

Tea, coffee, milk sachets and a few other essentials are provided for your arrival.
