This stylish, premier Willerby Avonmore holiday home has uninterrupted views onto the Tidal Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach. Located on the award-winning Haven Littlesea Holiday Park and is within a few minutes' walk to all the park's superb facilities.
THE CARAVAN:
The living room has a large comfortable L shaped settee where you can still enjoy the beautiful scenery from the inside looking out.
There is a feature electric fan heater, 40" Freeview TV, DVD player with a selection of children's DVD's and an assortment of games and books to entertain all the
family..
The double sliding patio doors give direct access onto the securely gated front decking complete with bistro set making this the perfect spot for morning coffee or simply just to sit, relax and gaze out onto the world famous Jurassic Coastline.
The caravan offers open plan living and the U shaped kitchen has a gas oven, hob and extractor, full size 70/30 integrated fridge/freezer, eye level microwave oven, plenty of storage and work top space and comes with all the inventory you will need.
There is a free standing dining table with four chairs.
The holiday homes is double glazed and has central heating throughout making this the Ideal choice for all seasons. WiFi is available in caravan.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfy double bed, bedside cabinets with touch lighting, vanity unit, full length double wardrobe and ensuite facilities that include WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
The two twin rooms have two single beds in each room, bedside cabinets and both rooms have plenty of additional storage space.
There is a separate family shower room with a walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside the caravan there is a private patio area with picnic table with extra seating Ideal for some alfresco dinning and parking for two vehicles.
Complimentary tea, coffee, milk sachets and a few other essentials are provided for your arrival.
All duvets, pillows are provided. Linen can be provided as an optional extra
Clubhouse and entertainment passes are not included and can be ordered in advance online or purchased at the parks main reception. You do not require passes if you just wish to use the Mash and Barrel Restaurant or the Bar.
