0144 Helmsley Lodge
Helmsley Lodge sited on the Swanage Coastal Park commanding uninterrupted panoramic sea views overlooking the historic town of Swanage with glimpses of Corfe Castle, the Isle of Wight and Bournemouth on the horizon.
THE LODGE:
The living room offers open plan living with double patio doors giving direct access onto the front decking and the full length front windows allow you to enjoy the amazing scenery from within the lodge.
There is a comfortable three seater sofa with a pull out sofa bed and two large arm chairs.
There is a flame effect electric fire, smart TV ( Netflix available using your own account) and a selection of books, games and digital radio to entertain all the family.
WI-FI is available.
The well equipped kitchen has a gas oven hob and extractor, full size fridge freezer, eye level microwave oven, dishwasher an air fryer, plenty of work top space and all the inventory you will need.
There is a dining table with four chairs.
The holiday home has double glazing and central heating throughout making this the ideal choice for all seasons.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bed side cabinets with reading lights, a double full length wardrobe, vanity area and ensuite facilities that include a WC and wash hand basin.
The twin room has two full size single beds that can be pulled together making up another double bed, bed side cabinet with light and a full length wardrobe.
The family shower room has a large walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Entrance to the lodge is by a securely gated extra wide wraparound decking with garden table, sun parasol, six chairs and two reclining chairs.The front decking is the perfect spot to enjoy some alfresco dining or just to sit, relax and take in the beautiful Dorset scenery.
All pillows and duvets are supplied and bed linen can be supplied as an optional extra and must be ordered in advance.
Private allocated hard standing parking for one vehicle is directly outside the lodge.
ON SITE FACILITIES: There is a children's play area and launderette.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES: For a small charge you are welcome to use the facilities on the adjoining holiday park which include a heated indoor swimming pool, gym and bar ( limited menu).
The holiday home is the perfect base to explore the Jurassic coastline with day trips to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle and to visit several nearby blue flag sandy beaches.
