Welcome to this beautifully presented self contained two bedroom ground floor holiday apartment ideally located within a three minute walk to the beach complete with king size bed and private allocated parking.
The property is pet free making this the Ideal choice for people with certain allergies.
The living room is bright and airy with three big bay windows.There is a comfortable two seater settee, two armchairs, television, coffee table and a free standing dining table with three chairs.
The extremely well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven and extractor, full size fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine/dryer, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
The two bedrooms are at either end of the apartment enhancing your privacy.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets with reading lights, full length double wardrobe, vanity unit, storage cupboard and a wall mounted smart TV ( Netflix available using your own account).
The single bedroom has an extra large super comfy single bed, bedside cabinet with reading light and a full length wardrobe.
The family bathrrom has a low level bath with overhead shower attachment, grab bars, WC, wash hand basin and there is an electric shaving point.
In the adjoining hallway there is a shoe rack and the internal intercom system.
Private allocated parking for one vehicle is directly outside the property with additional communal parking to the front.
There is also an outdoor rotary line for drying clothes.
All bed linen and towels will be supplied and fresh bed linen can be supplied for guests staying on a two week stay.
Tea, coffee milk and some other essentials will be provided for your arrival.
The apartment is the perfect base to explore the historic town of Swanage with it's many cafes, restaurants, pubs and blue flag beaches.
For exciting day trips visit nearby Corfe Castle, The Blue Pool, Durdleston County Park or take a ride on our iconic full size steam train.
