Lovely Bright, Modern and Immaculately Presented Summer Breeze Deluxe Holiday Home sited on the peaceful and tranquil Swanage Coastal Park, a quiet Holiday Park located on the outskirts of the historic bustling town of Swanage in Dorset. This is the perfect base to explore the Jurassic Coastline and experience many of the unique attractions.

Discover the joy of riding on a full size steam train to Corfe Castle, visit Durlston Country Park, take a boat trip from Swanage pier and sail pass the famous Old Harry Rocks into Poole harbour or go swimming from the several nearby blue flag sandy beaches.

THE CARAVAN:

The accommodation is bright and modern with a spacious interior offering open plan living.
From the living room there are beautiful countryside views of the Ballard Downs.There is a large L shaped settee, wall mounted flame effect electric fire, free standing dining table with bench style seating, TV with Freeview channels and a selection of games to entertain all the family.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, gas oven, hob and extractor, eye level microwave oven, toaster, plenty of work top space and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout making this the Ideal choice for all seasons.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, double full length wardrobe, vanity unit, bedside cabinets and ensuite facilities that include WC and wash hand basin.
The twin room has two single beds, bedside cabinet and a full length wardrobe.
The separate family shower room has a WC, wash hand basin and a large shower cubicle.
Access to the caravan is by a securely gated south west facing decking complete with garden furniture, an Ideal spot to relax, enjoy the peacefulness and take in the beautiful scenery. From the grassy area to the front there are glimpses of the sea and on a clear day the Isle of Wight is visible on the horizon.
There is a privately allocated hard standing parking bay directly outside.
All bed linen can be provided as an optional extra at £10 per person.
Tea, coffee, milk sachets and some other essentials are provided for your arrival.

ON SITE PARK FACILITIES:

There is a children's play area and launderette.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES:

For a small charge you are more than welcome to use the facilities on the adjoining caravan park. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, gym, Bar (limited menu).

PLEASE NOTE: No electric car charging allowed from the caravan (Park Policy).
