3. Once you are all set up your holiday home will go live. We can start taking bookings and generate income.

This is just one area that makes South Coast Family Caravans different.We offer a personal service tailor made to suit your requirements. Meeting with you is the best way to get to know each other, discuss details, answer your questions and to understand what you want to achieve.
All caravans must be well maintained, insured and have all the necessary in date certification.
We have a flexible approach. We can fully manage all bookings or part manage bookings working closely with you. We do have a golden rule to avoid double bookings which can be explained when required.
To employ the services of a good and reliable cleaner/cleaning co is of paramount importance. During the changeover clean we recommend your caravan is checked thoroughly to ensure all is good.We do have other suggestions that will help give you peace of mind.
The normal procedure would be that the guests will contact us.We will immediately contact you to report the issue.You may have to authorise park maintenance to respond.
We will look to honour your price. Our policy is you keep 100% of your rental tariff.
