LOCATED ON THE 5* AWARD WINNING SHOREFIELD COUNTRY PARK AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH AT MILFORD ON SEA.
THE CARAVAN:
The central living room is bright and modern with two comfortable settees one of which has a pull out sofa bed.There is a electric flame effect fire, coffee table, wall mounted smart TV ( Netflix available using your own account) and double patio doors giving direct access onto the side platform decking.
The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout making this the Ideal choice for all seasons.
The extremely well equipped kitchen comes with a full size fridge/freezer, gas oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, washing machine (with drying facility), eye level microwave oven, plenty of work top space and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
There is a free standing dining table with four chairs separated from the living room area by a brise Soleil.
The uniqueness of this holiday home is that the two bedrooms are situated at either end of the caravan giving extra privacy throughout the night.
The well laid out master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, bedside cabinets with lights, built in dressing table, chest of drawers, large walk in wardrobe, and has full ensuite facilities that include a walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
The twin room has two single beds which can be rearranged to make an additional double bed, full length double wardrobe, bedside cabinet with lamp and again full ensuite facilities that include a walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Access to the caravan is by a securely gated west facing decking with garden table and chairs with Sun Parasol and is surrounded by hedgerow making this the Ideal spot to switch on the electric barbeque, enjoy some al fresco dining or just to sit, relax enjoy a sip of your favourite tipple and watch the sun go down.
There is private allocated hard standing parking for two vehicles directly outside the caravan.
All pillows, duvets and bed linen are supplied.
Complimentary tea, coffee, milk sachets and some other essentials are provided for your arrival.
Entertainment and leisure passes are not included and can be purchased at the parks main reception.
Shorefield Country Park has a variety of fantastic facilities that include an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, amusements, kids club, kids play area, shop, launderette, tennis courts, entertainment club, restaurant, bar, five a side football pitch ( advisable to book in advance) and an outdoor swimming pool ( seasonal opening times).
